° Asociaciones de usuarios. Cualquier número plural de ciudadanos que utilicen servicios de salud, podrá constituir asociaciones de usuarios y obtener su reconocimiento como tales por la autoridad competente, de acuerdo con las normas legales vigentes, para los efectos de participar en los Comités de Participación Comunitario.
