El Departamento Administrativo de la Función Pública en coordinación con la Escuela Superior de Administración Pública, ESAP, podrán brindar la asesoría, capacitación y acompañamiento requeridos por tales entidades para dar cumplimiento a lo señalado en la Ley 87 de 1993 y al Decreto 1599 de 2005.
