Artículo. 2.16.5.2.9. Clases de permisos. Son permisos para el ejercicio de la pesca y la acuicultura, los siguientes

Permiso de pesca, que podrá ser: 1. 1. Comercial artesanal, 1.2. Comercial industrial, 1.3. Comercial exploratoria, 1.4. Comercial ornamental, 1.5. De investigación, 1.6. De pesca deportiva

Permiso de procesamiento.

Permiso de comercialización.

Permiso integrado de pesca.

Permiso de cultivo .
