Las disposiciones de este Título regirán sin perjuicio de lo pactado en tratados o convenios internacionales. En lo no previsto se aplicarán las reglas de las sociedades colombianas. Asimismo estarán sujetas a él todas las sociedades extranjeras, salvo en cuanto estuvieren sometidas a normas especiales.
