Deléguese en el Ministro de Justicia y del Derecho las funciones relacionadas con la ejecución de las sanciones disciplinarias impuestas por la Superintendencia de Notariado y Registro y la Procuraduría General de la Nación a los Notarios de primera categoría, siempre y cuando no comporte per se un nombramiento o una designación de un Notario, por la ausencia temporal del titular sancionado y en garantía de la continuidad en la prestación del servicio; así como las de resolver las peticiones relacionadas con el reintegro o el restablecimiento de derechos de Notarios de primera categoría.
