Las empresas ferroviarias, tanto oficiales como particulares , podrán contratar el pago de las pensiones de jubilación con compañías aseguradoras de reconocida solvencia establecidas en el país y aceptadas por la Superintendencia Bancaria. Las empresas que así lo hicieren darán aviso, dentro de los cinco días siguientes, al Ministerio de Industrias.
