OTORGAMIENTO DE PERMISOS DE ASISTENCIA A CURSOS Y PROGRAMAS SOBRE PREVENCION DE RIESGOS. El patrono que no otorgue a sus trabajadores permiso de asistencia a los cursos y programas que sobre prevención de riesgos profesionales realice el Ministerio de Trabajo y Seguridad Social o el Ministerio de Salud o el ISS, a sus trabajadores, cuando así lo requiera la entidad oficial respectiva, se hará incurso, por la primera vez, en amonestación escrita y, por cada violación subsiguiente será sancionado con una multa de uno (1) a cinco (5) salarios mínimos mensuales sin exceder de trescientos mil pesos ($ 300.000).
