El trámite de la liquidación, en particular los temas referentes a avisos y emplazamientos, presentación de acreedores y reclamaciones, graduación y calificación de créditos, notificación a entidades gubernamentales, requisitos para el pago de obligaciones, y el pasivo cierto no reclamado, se regirá por lo establecido en el Decreto-ley 254 de 2000 modificado por la Ley 1105 de 2006.
