Modifícase el artículo 274 del Decreto 2685 de 1999, el cual quedará así: " Artículo 274 . Inspección aduanera . La autoridad aduanera, a través del sistema informático aduanero, con fundamento en criterios técnicos de análisis de riesgo o de manera aleatoria, podrá determinar la práctica de la inspección documental o física a las mercancías en trámite de exportación. La diligencia de inspección aduanera deberá practicarse a más tardar el día hábil siguiente al recibo por la Aduana del aviso a que se refiere el inciso primero del artículo anterior y concluirse el mismo día que se inicie".
