Art. 111. Los Tribunales de Distrito, de acuerdo con el Gobernador del Departamento, pueden separar el Despacho de lo Civil del de lo Criminal, en los Circuitos cuyos Jueces residan en la ciudad cabecera de cada Distrito Judicial, y determinar cuántos y cuáles se encargan de cada una de esas clases de negocios.

En los demás Circuitos Judiciales no podrá tener lugar la separación indicada.
