ARTICULO 13. CONTINUIDAD DEL SERVICIO. - Para los efectos previstos en el régimen de indemnizaciones o bonificaciones, el tiempo de servicio continuo se contabilizará a partir de la fecha de la última o la única vinculación del empleado público o trabajador oficial con el Instituto Colombiano de la Reforma Agraria - INCORA.
