A cada educador se le remitirá el informe de resultados correspondiente, con carácter confidencial y personal y en ningún caso ese resultado podrá ser exigido por ninguna autoridad o persona como criterio para toma de decisiones que afecten al docente. El Ministerio de Educación Nacional sólo dará información a la opinión pública, a los investigadores y a la comunidad educativa en particular, de datos globalizados y por subconjuntos de utilidad analítica.
