Condiciones para acogerse a la habilitación. Las empresas de transporte de servicios especiales escolares y asalariados o de turismo que actualmente se encuentran operando conforme a la legislación anterior deberán adecuarse al cumplimiento de las condiciones y términos que seguidamente se establecen, para efectos de obtener la habilitación que les permita continuar prestando el servicio, sin perjuicio de que conserven vigente su licencia de funcionamiento, hasta tanto se adopte la decisión administrativa correspondiente.
