Parágrafo

del Artículo 18º de la Resolución 51 del CONPES de 1991 quedará así: Ventajas andinas. Las empresas extranjeras que tengan convenio vigente de transformación, en los términos del Capítulo II de la Decisión 220 podrán solicitar al Departamento Nacional de Planeación la terminación de dicho convenio.
