En los puestos de socorro que se organicen de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el Artículo anterior, funcionaran permanentemente consultorios gratuitos para niños, que sean servidos por los mismos médicos a cuyo cuidado estén los auxilios que en ellos deben prestarse.
