Art. 26. Si el demandado o demandados no fueren vecinos del lugar donde se entabla la acción y su domicilio fuere conocido, se mandara fijar allí otro edicto por el mismo término, y trascurrido este, devolverá el juez comisionado el edicto con la nota de fijación.
