Nadie podrá extraer tagua de los bosques nacionales sin haber obtenido la correspondiente autorización o permiso, de conformidad con la ley que se reglamenta y con el presente decreto. los contraventores serán castigados con una multa de cinco pesos en oro por cada quintal, sin perjuicio también de que le sea decomisada.
