Para obtener la aprobación de los programas de postgrado, las instituciones de educación superior deberán acreditar: a). Que los organismos competentes de las instituciones han adoptado el pertinente reglamento. b). Que tienen programación académica adecuada. c). Que disponen de profesorado con experiencia docente no menor de cinco años o título de postgrado. d). Que cuentan con planta física apropiada, y e). Que poseen biblioteca especializada disponible.
