El artículo 11 del Decreto 741 de 1976 quedará así: "La jurisdicción de la Cámara de Comercio de Cartagena comprende los siguientes municipios: Cartagena, Arjona, Calamar, Carmen de Bolívar, El Guamo, Mahates, María La Baja, San Estanislao, San Jacinto, San Juan Nepomuceno, Santa Catalina, Santa Rosa, Soplaviento, Turbaco, Turbaná y Villanueva, en el Departamento de Bolívar".
