Objeto. El presente título tiene por objeto establecer medidas ambientales para el manejo de los plaguicidas, y para la prevención y el manejo seguro de los desechos o residuos peligrosos provenientes de los mismos, con el fin de proteger la salud humana y el ambiente. Lo anterior sin perjuicio de la obtención de las licencias, permisos y autorizaciones a que haya lugar, de conformidad con la normatividad ambiental vigente y demás normas concordantes.
