De conformidad con la Ley 27 de 1974 , los Establecimientos Públicos liquidarán y girarán mensualmente al Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar las cuotas correspondientes al año de 1978. El incumplimiento de lo ordenado en el presente artículo dará lugar a que la Contraloría General de la República se abstenga de tramitar giros para gastos de la entidad.
