ARTICULO 1o. Campo de aplicación. La fusión de entidades financieras o aseguradoras vigiladas por la Superintendencia Bancaria se regirá por las normas especiales contenidas en este Capítulo. En lo no previsto, se aplicarán las demás normas de carácter especial y lo dispuesto en el Código de Comercio y en la Ley 79 de 1988, según el caso.
