Las listas de ciudadanos que se registren conforme al artículo anterior, se irán entregando diariamente por los Registradores Auxiliares o por los Delegados al respectivo Registrador Municipal del Estado Civil, para que se comparen y se evite el doble o múltiple registro. El último registro anula los anteriores. El funcionario o empleado que no cumpliere con estas obligaciones incurrirá en causal de mala conducta que implica la pérdida del empleo.
