Decreto 191 de 1958 · por el cual se autoriza al Ministerio de Salud Pública para celebrar un contrato con el Instituto de Asuntos Interamericanos de la Administración de Cooperación Internacional y el Servicio Cooperativo Interamericano de Salud Pública, sobre dirección técnica y administración del Instituto Nacional de Higiene "Samper Martínez", se separan unas Secciones de este Instituto y se dictan otras disposiciones.
