º . Obligación de reportar información en los regímenes especiales . Las entidades administradoras de los regímenes especiales de Seguridad Social en Salud que no están sujetas al proceso de compensación, deberán cumplir con las obligaciones establecidas en el artículo tercero, efectuando sus reportes en forma directa al Organo de Administración del RUA. La periodicidad y las especificaciones técnicas para el cumplimiento de estas obligaciones será establecida mediante resolución por el Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público.
