Los Delegados del Registrador Nacional ordenarán cuando lo consideren conveniente, que una o más Registradurías Municipales permanezcan abiertas al público los domingos y días feriados, durante el período de revisión de cédulas. En este caso decretarán en favor del personal un descanso compensatorio cualquier otro día de la semana.
