Articulación territorial para la justicia familiar. El Sistema Nacional de Justicia Familiar se articulará territorialmente a través de los consejos departamentales y municipales de política social, previstos en el artículo 207 de la Ley 1098 de 2006.

El Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar como ente rector del Sistema Nacional de Bienestar Familiar y en concordancia con lo decidido en la Comisión Intersectorial de Justicia Familiar, articulará con los entes territoriales los asuntos relativos al Sistema Nacional de Justicia Familiar en las agendas de los Consejos Departamentales, Distritales y Municipales de Política Social, en el marco de los artículos 205 y 207 de la Ley 1098 de 2006, y del plan de coordinación, articulación y fortalecimiento del Sistema Nacional de Justicia Familiar.
