°. Términos y definiciones. Para los efectos del presente decreto se adoptan los términos y definiciones que en materia de telecomunicaciones ha expedido la Unión Internacional de Telecomunicaciones - UIT, a través de sus organismos reguladores, así como aquellas que se establezcan en desarrollo del inciso segundo del artículo 6° de la Ley 1341 de 2009.
