ARTICULO 9°. Oficina de Divulgación y Prensa. Son funciones de la oficina de Divulgación y prensa, además de las establecidas en la ley 18 de 1989, las siguientes: Divulgar, previa autorización del Ministro, comunicaciones oficiales sobre actividades, políticas y planes del Ministerio. Coordinar con las Direcciones Generales la preparación de programas referentes al desarrollo de actividades divulgativas. Diseñar boletines y servicios informativos internos en forma periódica, sobre el desarrollo de las funciones y el avance de los programas del Ministerio. Las demás funciones que le sean asignadas y que correspondan a la naturaleza de la dependencia.
