Los auxilios que la Nación destina para los Planteles Departamentales, Intendenciales, Comisariales o del Distrito Especial de Bogotá, se imputarán a buena cuenta de las sumas que corresponden a cada Departamento o Distrito Especial y a los Municipios, conforme al artículo 3o.
