Artículo único. Con observancia de las disposiciones fiscales, se procederá por el Ministerio de Industrias a celebrar contratos de arrendamiento de los baldíos y reservas nacionales.

Parágrafo

En lo referente a los bosques nacionales seguirán observándose las disposiciones de la Ley 119 de 1919 y del Decreto número 272 de 1920. Comuníquese y publíquese.
