º La Exploración Técnica, La Explotación Económica Y El Beneficio De Las Minas De Metales Preciosos De Propiedad De La Nación Se Hará Por Los Sistemas De Concesión, Permiso O Aporte

º La exploración técnica, la explotación económica y el beneficio de las minas de metales preciosos de propiedad de la Nación se hará por los sistemas de concesión, permiso o aporte.

Parágrafo

Cuando se pretenda explotar yacimientos de metales preciosos mediante el sistema de concesión, deberá solicitarse y obtenerse previamente licencia de exploración técnica.
