Permiso para operar. El Ministerio de Comercio Exterior expedirá el permiso al Usuario Operador para iniciar actividades, dentro de los diez (10) días siguientes a la fecha en que el solicitante acredite el cumplimiento de los requisitos establecidos en la Resolución de Declaratoria.
