Temporalidad de los fondos. De conformidad con el carácter de temporalidad que establece el artículo 63 de la Ley 2069 de 2020, los Fondos Territoriales Temporales podrán estar vigentes hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2026.

Parágrafo

Todos los actos y contratos que suscriban los Fondos Territoriales Temporales deberán tener como fecha máxima de liquidación el 31 de diciembre de 2026.
