Vigencia y derogatorias. El presente decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación y deroga el Decreto 2759 de 1991, el Decreto 723 de 1997, los artículos 9°, 10, 11 y 12 del Decreto 3260 de 2004 y las demás disposiciones que le sean contrarias.
