Suspensión de la investigación. Ven cidos los términos previstos en los artículos anteriores, si no hubiere logrado la identificación física del presunto infractor, el funcionario de investigación, mediante auto de sustanciación, ordenará suspender las diligencias y las remitirá a la Policía Judicial. Sin perjuicio de lo dispuesto en el

inciso anterior, la Policía Judicial podrá reanudar las diligencias si hallare prueba de la identidad del presunto infractor. En tal caso darán aviso inmediato al funcionario que hubiere ordenado la suspensión.
