A partir de la fecha de vigencia de este Decreto no se requerirá el concepto previo, la autorización o la recomendación de que tratan las siguientes disposiciones: artículos 9º, 13, 14 y 18 del Decreto 677 de 1972, artículo 7º del Decreto 678 de 1972, artículo 5º,

Parágrafo 1

del Decreto 1229 de 1972, artículos 4º, 8º, 22, 25 literal b). 26 y 27 del Decreto 299 de 1973 y artículo 11 del Decreto 359 de 1973. El presente Decreto deroga los artículos 4º, 5º, 11 y 12 del Decreto 677 de 1972, el Decreto 210 de 1974, el artículo 9 del Decreto 1728 de 1974, el artículo 1º del Decreto 58 de 1976, y las demás disposiciones que le sean contrarias.
