ARTICULO 1º. Los cargos de Auxiliares de Magistrados creados para los Magistrados de la Corte Suprema de Justicia y el Consejo de Estado por el artículo 72 de la Ley 2ª de 1984 y a los que se refieren entre otras, las Leyes 10 de 1987 y 63 de 1988 con el nombre de Magistrados Auxiliares, seguirán llamándose así para la Corte Suprema de Justicia y tendrán el nombre de Abogados Auxiliares en el Consejo de Estado.
