amends decreto 1790/00

El artículo 35 del Decreto-ley 1790 de 2000 quedará así:

Artículo 35 . Período de prueba . Los Oficiales y Suboficiales de las Fuerzas Militares ingresarán al escalafón en período de prueba por el término de un (1) año durante el cual serán evaluados para apreciar su eficiencia, adaptación y condiciones para el servicio y podrán ser retirados en cualquier momento cuando se evidencie deficiencia, falta de adaptación y/o de condiciones para el desempeño en el cargo o servicio, o a más tardar dentro de los treinta (30) días calendario siguientes al vencimiento del período de prueba.
