º. Adiciónase el

Parágrafo 1

del artículo 25 del Decreto 706 de 1995 con el siguiente inciso: "Igualmente se podrán superar los límites establecidos en el presente artículo en los casos en los cuales los postulantes tengan aprobados créditos complementarios subsidiados que les permita ampliar su capacidad de endeudamiento. En todo caso, las entidades otorgantes comprobarán el cumplimiento de esta condición".
