Artículo diez y ocho . Quedan derogados los Decretos números 448 de 1956, 988 de 1957. 1301 de 1958 y demás disposiciones contrarias al presente estatuto. Las obligaciones pecuniarias, vigentes a la fecha y cargo de la extinguida Comisión de Energía Atómica de Colombia, serán canceladas por e1 Instituto de Asuntos Nucleares que se crea por el presente Decreto.
