La Oficina de Registro de Cambios, previo concepto a la Junta Reguladora de Cambios, podrá permitir que una parte de divisas provenientes de la exportación de productos manufacturados en Colombia por empresas constituídas en todo o en parte con capital extranjero, no sea reintegrado al país y se deje en el Exterior a buena cuenta de los reembolsos de utilidades o de capital que tengan derecho a hacer dichas empresas de acuerdo con esta Ley.
