La etapa de descargos se inicia con la notificación de la resolución de cargos al investigado o a su apoderado. A partir de este momento, el expediente quedará en la secretaría del Tribunal Departamental Etico de Enfermería, a disposición del profesional de enfermería acusado, por un término no superior a quince días hábiles, quien podrá solicitar las copias deseadas.
