Ley 300 de 1996 · LEY 300 DE 1996, 26/07/1996, por la cual se expide la Ley General de Turismo y se dictan otras disposiciones.

Autorízase al Gobierno Nacional para reestructurar el Ministerio de Desarrollo Económico y la Corporación Nacional de Turismo, disminuyendo su planta de personal de acuerdo con las nuevas funciones, y para celebrar los contratos que se requieran para dar cumplimiento a lo dispuesto en la presente ley y en las disposiciones que para su efectividad se dicten.

Parágrafo

Las facultades otorgadas son pro témpore como lo dispone la Constitución Política, así deberá estimarse el plazo de seis meses a partir de la vigencia de la presente ley.
