Se inadmitirán las pruebas que no conduzcan a establecer la verdad sobre los hechos materia del proceso o las que hayan sido obtenidas en forma ilícita. El juez rechazará mediante auto interlocutorio la práctica de las legalmente prohibidas o ineficaces, las que versen sobre hechos notoriamente impertinentes y las manifiestamente superfluas.
