ARTICULO 3

1.

La Corte se compondrá de quince Miembros, de los cuales no podrá haber dos que sean nacionales del mismo Estado.

2.

Toda persona que para ser elegida Miembro de la Corte pudiera ser tenida en cuenta por nacional de más de un Estado, será considerada nacional del Estado donde ejerza ordinariamente sus derechos civiles y políticos.
