Sección VI Componente Transferencia Monetaria Condicionada Artículo 38. Definición y alcance . Consistirá en la entrega de transferencia monetaria a los y las jóvenes que cumplan con las condiciones de corresponsabilidad en sus territorios y la respectiva certificación de vinculación a la oferta formativa y educativa del programa, con el propósito de contribuir en la garantía de los derechos de las y los jóvenes y de incentivar su participación en la ruta de atención integral de acuerdo con el objeto del Programa.
