Derechos y bienes excluidos de la venta. Los derechos que el Banco Popular posee sobre fundaciones, obras de arte y bienes relacionados con el patrimonio histórico y cultural, no están incluidos en la venta. Tales derechos y bienes serán transferidos por el Banco Popular a favor de la Nación o de la entidad pública de carácter nacional que autorice el Gobierno, según el convenio que para tal efecto celebre.
