La Contraloría General ejercerá en lo sucesivo, por sí o por medio de las Auditorías Seccionales, el control y fiscalización de las rentas y gastos de las Intendencias y Comisarías, para lo cual podrá dictar las disposiciones y reglamentos que estime necesarios en consonancia con esta Ley.
