El Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social realizará seguimiento al cumplimiento de las disposiciones contenidas en la presente ley. Para tal efecto, rendirá informe a las Comisiones Séptimas del Congreso de la República en el segundo mes de la legislatura de cada año .
